Seven Black Diamonds (Seven Black Diamonds, #1) by Melissa Mar

Seven Black Diamonds (Seven Black Diamonds, #1)Seven Black Diamonds by Melissa Marr
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I can't deny Melissa Marr is one of my top 5 favorite authors! She never disappoints me! Another great book! This totally took me back to when I first discovered her and Wicked Lovely. This however is not Wicked Lovely, its Wicked Lovely gone bad ass assassins! It started off a little slow but was packed full of major information. Then at 50% of my way thru I could not and did not put it down! Just one more chapter,I swear, then I will go to bed! I just had to know what was next! I don't know if there is a book two for sure, but I'm praying that there is and I can return once again to the Hidden Lands! Awesome job Melissa!

Made for You by Melissa Marr

Made for YouMade for You by Melissa Marr
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

As always Melissa Marr has written a book I just can't put down. Even when I tried I couldn't I just needed to know who the bad guy was. And the ending is jam packed with action. If you like a creepy and suspenseful mystery , I highly recommend picking up this book. I'm not gonna like I love Melissa Marr she is in my top 4 favorite authors and I don't think she can write a book I wouldn't love. There is always that fear going into a book that it could happen. But never once has she let me down. So why are you still reading my review go buy Made For You!

Guns for the Dead (a Graveminder story) by Melissa Marr

Guns for the Dead (a Graveminder story)Guns for the Dead by Melissa Marr
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The only bad thing that can be said about this story, is it just didn't last long enough... I adore Melissa Marr's writing style and love all of her books, this short story is no exception. I was excited to revisit the Land Of The Dead, even for just a short while in this adorable short from Graveminder. Guns for the dead is entertaining and enjoyable.

Carnival Of Souls By Melissa Marr

Carnival Of Souls by Melissa Marr

I do not hide the fact that Ms Marr is my all time favorite author, I will tell anyone who asks that she is just in fact that... Shes also from my hometown, best part of this is I didnt know that she was until I was half way thru the Wicked Lovely series... This only made her more of a fave :) I love her writing Style and she has yet to write a book I do not love...Carnival Of Souls is no different... I loved it... It kinda has a hunger games feel but paranormal and better... Tho Melissa, what the hell??? Your killing me!!!! When does book 2 come out cuz Im dying to know the rest... LOL

 My Review on Goodreads:
OMG!!!!! ok ok like I even thought anything less than AMAZING could come from Melissa Marr... I loved every second I spent on this, forcing myself to put it down to work or sleep... I have to say I'm team Aya hehe if you haven't read this yet, you should... Only issue I have is Melissa when does book 2 come out??? please don't make me wait too long :-) As Always Melissa your book was amazing and I can not wait for your next book be it Carnival of Souls 2 or anything else :)

Carnival of Souls (Carnival of Souls, #1)
In a city of daimons, rigid class lines separate the powerful from the power-hungry. And at the heart of The City is the Carnival of Souls, where both murder and pleasure are offered up for sale. Once in a generation, the carnival hosts a deadly competition that allows every daimon a chance to join the ruling elite. Without the competition, Aya and Kaleb would both face bleak futures--if for different reasons. For each of them, fighting to the death is the only way to try to live.

All Mallory knows of The City is that her father--and every other witch there--fled it for a life in exile in the human world. Instead of a typical teenage life full of friends and maybe even a little romance, Mallory scans quiet streets for threats, hides herself away, and trains to be lethal. She knows it's only a matter of time until a daimon finds her and her father, so she readies herself for the inevitable. While Mallory possesses little knowledge of The City, every inhabitant of The City knows of her. There are plans for Mallory, and soon she, too, will be drawn into the decadence and danger that is the Carnival of Souls.

From Melissa Marr, bestselling author of the Wicked Lovely series and "Graveminder," comes a brand-new tale of lush secrets, dark love, and the struggle to forge one's own destiny.
