Grave Mercy (His Fair Assassin, #1) by Robin LaFevers

Grave Mercy (His Fair Assassin, #1)Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I loved reading this tale. I adore historical paranormal books. Saint Mortain is not one I had heard of before, but he and his Death Maidens certainly intrigued me to keep reading. Isemae is a strong and independent young woman, while it took her a while to realize this for herself it was always in her heart. I look forward to reading Sybella's story.

The Treachery of Beautiful Things by Ruth Frances Long

The Treachery of Beautiful ThingsThe Treachery of Beautiful Things by Ruth Frances Long
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book has a lovely storyline, and the concept of it is good. However it took me months to finish it, I just couldn't keep my attention focused on it, meanwhile I finished 2 other books.
I love retellings of Tatiana and Mab and the faery courts. This concept of the May Queen coming to the Realm to replace the current queen, is great. I just think Jenny Wren is lacking something, something more that Jack would want to fight for, not out of duty but out of love. I did like the book, I followed it to the end. It was just a very long read. I won't reject another book by this author, I would gladly give it a chance. It could be that me and The May Queen just didn't mesh.

The Witch Must Burn (Dorothy Must Die, #0.2) by Danielle Paige

The Witch Must Burn (Dorothy Must Die, #0.2)The Witch Must Burn by Danielle Paige
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I absolutely adore this series. I love the way Danielle Paige writes. I'm am never bored, not even for a moment. This inside look on Jellia was a great way to get to know her better and gives some hope for Oz's future. I must admit I'm not a huge Wizard of Oz fan, but Danielle Paige has me so hooked that has changed, this take on Oz is the best one yet. Can't wait to read Novella 3 The Wizard Returns and Book two, The Wicked Will Rise, which I will be getting both books later today...

Instinct (Chronicles of Nick, #6) by Sherrilyn Kenyon

Instinct (Chronicles of Nick, #6)Instinct by Sherrilyn Kenyon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Why does a Sherrilyn Kenyon book never last more than 24 hours in my hands? Because they are freaking amazing... Instinct is no exception! A can't put it,down, must read to the end, asap, book!!! Even sick, you must finish, germs be damned to Hades. There is sooooo very much to be learned about Nick, Ambrose and Cherise in this book... So many things that finally make sense. Nick claims to be the epitome of stupid choices but this book shows you, Artemis isn't exactly right payback isn't ALWAYS a cat. I wish I didn't have to wait an entire year for book 7. Love you much Sherri, another outstanding book!

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green

The Fault in Our StarsThe Fault in Our Stars by John Green
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

John Green is an amazing writer, I couldn't put this book down. From start to finish he had me in tears happy and sad, and from laughing. I think this is a very inspiring story, even if Hazel and Gus are just fiction, the love they find and the strength they have is heroic. This is by far one of my most favorite books now. Thank you John Green.

I really enjoyed reading this book. The way Ava weaves in and out of the alternate worlds was very intriguing. The ending caught me off guard, however it was the perfect way to end. I will be looking for more book by Elizabeth Scott after reading As I Wake.

This is a great take on The House Of Usher. I felt like Madeleine was my friend and was cheering for her through the whole book, praying and hoping she could find a way to break the House Of Usher curse. I think Mr. Poe would very much like this take on his story...

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Couldn't put this book down. I believe I read it in a day. I missed Tandy Angel. I love the way her mind works. And she's back at it in this book. I think this book is probably my favorite of the 3 Confessions books. Maybe that's because we learn so much new information , information we have been asking for since book one. Now the question is what will Tandy do next? Wish I didn't have to wait a year to find out. Great book go out and puck it up!

Made for You by Melissa Marr

Made for YouMade for You by Melissa Marr
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

As always Melissa Marr has written a book I just can't put down. Even when I tried I couldn't I just needed to know who the bad guy was. And the ending is jam packed with action. If you like a creepy and suspenseful mystery , I highly recommend picking up this book. I'm not gonna like I love Melissa Marr she is in my top 4 favorite authors and I don't think she can write a book I wouldn't love. There is always that fear going into a book that it could happen. But never once has she let me down. So why are you still reading my review go buy Made For You!
